Real time PCR (quantitative PCR, qPCR) is the most sensitive and specific method for gene expression analysis, when coupled to mRNA reverse-transcription (RT-qPCR).
Using new automation/miniaturization processes, we now offer solutions for qPCR-based mRNA expression analysis in 384-well plate formats.
In this system each 384 plate contains 8 to 192 cDNAs in duplicate, coming from:
- standard BIOalternatives models
- samples generated by BIOalternatives from your compounds or tested conditions
- cell or tissue, RNA or cDNA samples from your lab

cDNA-qPCR array "Skin models" is designed to provide information regarding the expression profile of a specific gene in a set of 62 skin-related models available at BIOalternatives.
Models are either basal or stressed, more or less differentiated, aged, etc…
