The nuclei of the cells were labeled by a fluorescent marker (Hoechst dye solution). Hormone Sensitive Lipase was labeled by an anti-HSL monoclonal antibody phycoerythrin conjugated (red). Lipid droplets were stained by bodipy (green). The picture was taken under InCell Analyzer 1000 (lens x 20).
