The nuclei of the cells were labeled by a fluorescent marker (Hoechst dye solution). Transglutaminase K was labeled by an anti-TGK monoclonal antibody Alexa Fluor™ 488 conjugated (green). Fibronectin was labeled by an anti-fibronectin monoclonal antibody Alexa Fluor™ 568 (red). The picture was taken under microscope (lens x 10).
